NDAs are documents where Buyers formally agree not to disclose to third parties any information shared by a Broker or Seller for the purposes of evaluating a business for sale. NDAs give Seller’s confidence that prospective Buyers who receive their sensitive information are seriously interested and will respect the business’s privacy.
